Picture
I always drew throughout my childhood and teens but was never really involved in art in any serious way until I retired in 2006.  At that time I joined the Art Group connected to Seymour U3A where I was encouraged to begin working in soft pastel and then to begin trying other mediums especially acrylics.  When an Art Group began in Nagambie, I transferred to that and remain a member there as well as of the Seymour Art Society.

While I occasionally dabble in other media, my main loves continue to be acrylics and pastels.  I like variety and have not settled onto any particular genre but tend to like painting animals and seascapes.
